here are videos I watched on searching into different cuisines and the history and etiquette behind them. the first is of arabian cuisines which are very very old and have alot of history and tradition behind them.

I found that in japanese cuisine sushi is used with chopsticks out of the very organised and conformed little trays with chopsticks. Ettiquette is taken very seriously, as people don't want to bring shame or bad luck on family by having bad manners.
This was a very interesting video I found. I love the idea of picnics in england I think it is a very traditional and old thing to do. Afternoon is considered to be upper class and etiquette is very important, the video demonstrates this.
