In the vogue editors eye there was a clip within the documentary which showed the alice in wonderland shoot created by grace coddington.
Grace is renowned for her romantic, poetic and magical narrative. I wanted to see the images and the visual created from the existant narrative and show she portrayed alice in wonderland herself.
she describes the story as being dark and deep and not just the typical one depicted in disney.
anna wintor cast designers as characters as the designers were becoming superstars themselves which wasnt heard of before.
grace storyboarded the shoot as if it was a film researching and looking into different editions and variations of the book.
