On February 17, 2014, Libya celebrated the third anniversary of revolution amid hope and despair. 'Hope' in Libya thrives from messages of support and congratulations to the Libyan people from foreign governments around the world on the historic day of celebration. Obviously with celebration comes food, Alhamdullah.
