Today would have been Bob Marley’s 69th birthday. To pay homage to the legendary Jamaican singer, we thought it would be fun to have a caribbean/jamaican meal!
I've always loved caribbean food from jerk chicken wings, seasoned corn on the cob, fried platain drizzled with maple syrup, legendary rice and peas which is actually rice and beans and chicken breast smothered in reggae levi roots sauce. mix of equisit and uniqe spicey sweetness a unique and exotic blend. dessert was coconut milk mixed with pineapple juice and chunks poured into an empty pineapple fruit shell. flavours takes you to a white sandy beach under the palm trees.
